If I took the moment at C instead of B, the numbers would be reversed. Then if I were to take the moment at C, I'd have for By 5.83. How would I know which to use?

i can't understand why we decide the clockwise moment as positive at graph? doesn't clockwise mean negative?

At 18.30 it should be increase as slow than fast because the first shear(14.833) makes us a relativistic axis i guess.
at 18:35, shouldn't it be slow to fast???
